New Dental Patient Information Delray Beach

Your First Visit

At your first appointment, you can expect to receive a warm greeting from our front desk staff. If you haven’t filled out your new patient forms already, we’ll have you do so in the waiting area before bringing you back to one of our operatories.

Once there, our dental assistant will capture X-rays and an intraoral scan will be taken. Dr. Dadaciu will introduce herself, get to know you a little better, and then begin her examination.

If any signs of oral health issues are found, she will let you know her treatment recommendations and answer any questions you may have. Once your cleaning is complete, our front desk staff will walk you through any proposed treatment plans and discuss insurance coverage and payment options with you.

We ask that you please fill out our new patient forms online before your first appointment. This will give our team the chance to process your insurance information as well as minimize any time spent in the waiting room. Our office is incredibly dental insurance friendly and in-network with several PPO plans. Even if your insurance is out-of-network, our team is happy to help maximize your savings and benefits by filing claims on your behalf. In many cases, we’re able to reduce out-of-pocket costs so much that it’s like you’re going to an in-network dentist!
